To get going with your Virtual Sprintathon all you need is a team of willing sprinters, a timer, a video platform and some cheerleaders to cheer you all on to the finish line. Then all the instructions you need to get planning are in the Virtual Sprintathon Instuctions pack above.

You can plan your Virtual Sprintathon for whenever it suits your team. Schedule in a date and time when everyone can take part and send out a calendar invite.

We recommend using a video platform that allows you to show all participants at once, for example Zoom, but feel free to use your company's preferred video platform.
