Sprintathon has been back for another successful season with over 1000 runners taking part to complete 100m sprints, to show cancer it's payback time. The objective - to beat the world marathon record in a series of 100m sprints while raising some serious cancer crushing cash.
At the flagship event in Marlow, the home leg of the race was run by Kristal Awuah, a top U20 GB sprinter. Despite raining weather conditions, the runners completed the marathon distance in 01:49:01, to show together we can beat cancer faster.
