James Acaster’s infamous ‘Flapjack Soup’

In one of the funniest moments of the whole series, James Acaster had a bit of an issue with his Bakewell tart-inspired flapjacks which turned out “more like soup”. When presenting it to the judges he admitted "I started making it, had a breakdown… bon appétit!"

Michelle Keegan impressed the judges to win Star Baker

After dominating all three rounds Michelle Keegan was crowned Star Baker and awarded the coveted Star Baker apron.

Sandi Toksvig sabotaged Krishnan Guru-Murthy’s almond cake
