Made in Chelsea stars Jamie Laing and Sam Thompson go head-to-head after a jam-packed day learning about some of our cancer-crushing research.

The day started with them meeting Jan, a cancer patient who took part in the PlasmaMATCH trial while being treated for secondary breast cancer. The Stand Up To Cancer funded clinical trial aims to personalise treatment for people with breast cancer, making their treatment more precise and effective.

Jamie and Sam then headed over to the Institute of Cancer Research to meet Stand Up To Cancer supported scientist, Dr Chris Bakal. Chris and his team study cancer cells’ ability to shape-shift and hope to find new drugs that can stop this shape-shifting ability, which could make them much easier to treat.

Chris then surprised the pair with a special Stand Up To Cancer Science quiz.

Who won? Watch to find out.
