WHAT IF I MISS A DAY?

DO I NEED TO COMPLETE THIS CHALLENGE IN NOVEMBER? CAN I START MY CHALLENGE LATE OR EARLY?
While we encourage everyone to complete the challenge in November, this is a personal challenge. You can start or finish your challenge whenever works best for you.
DO I NEED TO COMPLETE MY 100 SQUATS ALL IN ONE GO?
You can complete the challenge in whatever way suits you. Complete 100 squats every day or take a break and make them up on the weekend. However, you choose to complete the challenge and raise money, you’ll be helping us beat cancer.
