Cancer Screening Checker Legal Information

This screening checker (“checker”) is provided by Cancer Research UK for informational and educational purposes only, as part of the Stand Up To Cancer campaign. It is designed to help adults in the UK understand whether they might be eligible for NHS or Public Health Agency (for Northern Ireland, “PHA”) national cancer screening programmes, which systematically invite eligible populations (based on factors including age, sex and nation) for screening at set intervals to detect early signs of cancer in people without symptoms and, in some cases, to prevent cancer from developing in the first place.
