We are deeply saddened by the news of Tom Parker from The Wanted, a huge advocate for Stand Up To Cancer, who has died aged 33.
Tom was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a type of brain tumour, in 2020 and since then has played a vital role in raising awareness for the importance of research. His talent, courage and commitment to the cause will leave a lasting legacy and our thoughts are with his wife Kelsey, his family and friends.
Earlier this year, Tom and his family invited cameras into their lives for a feature-length documentary, capturing his journey with cancer. You can watch this moving documentary on channel 4 below:
